McDonald's In Moncalieri

I'd like to leave a super positive review for Christian, the McDrive employee who served me today. He was really nice, friendly, and extremely kind! He handled my order with a smile and great courtesy, making the experience quick and pleasant. Kudos to him for his professionalism and excellent attitude: people like that really make a difference!

There was no chaos, which I really appreciated. Ordering on the screen was very convenient, but I discovered you can also do so via the app by scanning the QR code on a sticker placed at each table. The food was in line with the type of restaurant offered. If I had to find a flaw, perhaps the background noise was annoying (there was a constant sound in the background).

As at other McDonald's, the sandwiches are a bit poorly assembled. Compared to a few years ago, I feel like the sandwich preparation isn't as good, and when you open the box, ingredients fall out everywhere. The service from the wait staff is, however, friendly and pleasant.

The burgers that carry bacon had virtually no bacon, just a single feta cheese. They don't provide forks when you're eating fries with sauce; you have to get up and go order. One of the people who brings the food to the table isn't very nice. Compared to other McDonald's, this one is pretty lazy.

I'm not a fan of junk food, but I buy it every once in a while (once a month or two). The location is convenient because it's located in a commercial area inside the 45°Nord Shopping Center, but that said, nothing else. It's still junk food.

The food is very good. The staff is very friendly, especially Christian and Franceschina. Thank you for your wonderful service. Nothing negative.

I'm not usually a customer who complains easily, but this time I really have to speak up. I found the place well-organized and the staff courteous, but unfortunately, cleanliness left much to be desired. The trash cans were overflowing, making the environment uninviting and unhygienic. What struck me most, however, was the bathroom experience. I'm not used to using public restrooms, but in this case I had no choice. Well, I can tell you that the state was appalling, to say the least. It reminded me of the bathroom in the movie Trainspotting; I'm not exaggerating, it was truly disgusting. Also, I tried to wash my hands, but the water would only come out if you held the faucet with your hands, and not automatically. A truly embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. I wonder how this could happen in a fast food restaurant of this chain, which is supposed to guarantee high hygiene standards. It's truly a shame, because the place and the organization itself are acceptable, but the lack of cleanliness and the discomfort I experienced are so evident that I doubt I'll ever return. I hope the management takes serious action, because this type of experience is completely unacceptable.
