McDonald's In Bergamo

Dear breakfast lady on June 21st :) I understand that, after several hours of work, fatigue can be noticeable: I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I know what that means. I also understand that my cat's crying could be annoying (unfortunately, he hates being in his carrier, and I didn't think it was appropriate to let him out). What I don't understand, however, is the need to make comments or even threats towards my cat, thinking I wouldn't be heard. If it were such a nuisance, it would have been much more professional and respectful to tell me directly; I would have finished my coffee and left, or at least made other arrangements. A direct confrontation would certainly have been more civil. People are more humane and understanding than you might think :) Good coffee ✨

Quickly made, tasty and clean in the premises.

Food took very long. The burger was made half-hearted.

A restaurant from the famous McDonald's chain located in the center of the Italian city of Bergamo, opposite the city's main train station, offering delicious food dishes and hot and cold drinks in a family atmosphere with excellent service.

The security guard was very rude. And getting into the bathroom was a nightmare. Several of us bought in one transaction, but they only gave 1 single-use ticket for 1 block, so more than one person could not enter. It is recommended not to place the order at the same time if there are more than one of you.

Stopped by McDonald’s and had a really good experience. The café area was nice and comfortable, making it a good place to sit down for a quick break. The coffee was surprisingly good and perfect alongside the food. The meal deals were great value, and the chicken burger we ordered was really tasty — crispy, flavorful, and freshly made. Everything was served quickly and the restaurant was clean and well organized.

The main advantage is the proximity to the train station. The barista is very slow. The restaurant feels untidy.

The food was nice enough. Delivery was confusing, first we got coffee and croissant and then nothing more happened. Then back and waiting for burgers. An employee looked at us so confused and helped us get the last one 🙂

One of the busiest location I ever been in it.

I popped in to use the restroom (if you buy food, you can get in with a receipt), but it turns out that when you buy through the kiosk, you don't get a receipt, just an order number. I had to run downstairs, and they gave me a receipt with a code that lets me into the restroom. They brought my order there. It was clean and everything was up to par. Even the coffee at Italian McDonald's is quite good. I'd especially like to point out the crockery; even at McDonald's in Italy, it's excellent; I've never seen anything like that in other countries. I took off one star solely because of the code issue.
