The location is not far from Florence airport, easy to access, the staff is friendly, super organized, and fast.

We stopped by after a race in the afternoon, and although there were still people arriving, the only line we had was at the kiosks. Otherwise, the service was very fast, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean (including the bathrooms). 5 stars for the option of table service, which you can choose at checkout. Recommended

The fries were too soft and not crispy, and the lettuce was sometimes not fresh. However, the staff were okay!
