McDonald's In Molfetta

Renovated and always nice to return to.

Went in late on Sat Night and was very busy and very dirty. Went in next morning at 9.30 and service was fine and much cleaner but the toilets are terrible. Only two cubicales one for each sex but with sliding doors that you couldn't lock easily or see if it was occupied. The men's did not lock at all and the ladies has had the cubical sink removed but they have not sealed up the waste pipe from the sink so it stinks of drains. There was no soap in the lobby sink even though they must have done a clean up after last night.

Great place to spend an evening with the kids

There's far too much trash on the premises. Please clean up the surrounding area too! The staff are very friendly. The food is delicious. But the trash is a real nightmare!

Despite the large crowd, there was more than enough food.

The food was okay, but the manager wasn't up to the task of resolving issues. After five minutes with a tray in hand, we couldn't find a seat. When I offered a refund for the products purchased, she walked away, leaving us alone. Behavior unbecoming of the position.

It's a McDonald's, you can't expect any special food. I go there for the kids, who enjoy surprises and sharing something that truly reminds me of being a kid. I usually go to Molfetta because of the drive-thru, but every time I regret it because it's so endless, it feels like I'm visiting the Pope. But at least I don't have to sit in the hustle and bustle. Given the many people who frequent it, I think they should increase the play areas because they're too crowded and unsafe. Otherwise, the staff has never been rude to me, so it's okay.

The environment has been recently renovated, nothing special about the food, it's the same as any other store.
