McDonald's Bisceglie is always perfect in every way. I must highlight the kindness, empathy, and, why not, even the beauty of the employee Rosa who greeted me at the counter today. McDonald's Bisceglie, please hold on to employees like her!

too slow don't make rich people after 11 and Angelica doesn't like it

Food trays were not properly cleaned (lettuce residue, a memory of previous consumption). Outdoor areas were dirty, especially near the trash cans. Inside, the floors under the tables were not properly swept. The staff were very friendly with customers, but I had the feeling that the team wasn't very cooperative. I went because I was hungry and will return if necessary. Much also depends on the patrons' civic sense. I would, however, like to see improvements made in the shortcomings noted.

I went to this McDonald's around lunchtime and it was very hot due to the lack of air conditioning. Apart from that, the only thing I'm not happy with is the lack of digital screens for placing orders. In fact, to order or take advantage of offers in the app, you still have to go to the cashier. But aside from these two flaws, it's still a great place to grab a quick snack.

Unfortunately the food wasn't like the others and it's a little different from what I've eaten. The service was quite fast so I didn't wait like at other McDonald's so it's great if you're in a hurry. The space is a little too small and I've seen bigger ones. They should renovate it, but it's very clean, which you don't see in many fast food restaurants. Overall, a good place.
