The restaurant is OK, with convenient parking. The interior is fairly clean, and there are also some nice games for children. The only downside is the rudeness of the staff, or the lack of preparation, as we weren't able to get a hippy meal with a gluten-free sandwich, which they happily offer us at three other restaurants in Rome, forcing us to order the sandwich, drinks, and potatoes separately. Assuming there are standards, I wonder if those in Rome are more lax, or if those at this restaurant are less prepared or lax.

11/10/2025: The Pantasima Restaurant is welcoming and refined, enhanced by tastefully selected, distinctive music that accompanies the experience with energy and harmony, without ever being intrusive. The service is excellent, attentive, and very pleasant. The food is the heart of the experience: exquisite and well-executed dishes, prepared with quality ingredients. A place where the combination of atmosphere, music, service, and cuisine translates into an overall relaxing and highly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
08/09/2025: Dinner with friends on a September evening; I was amazed by the quality and flavors of the dishes. The parmigiana was exceptional (even though it wasn't called that on the menu), and the other dishes were exquisite. The wines offered were unique and unusual. We'll definitely return.

01/05/2025: Sempre con molto piacere torniamo in questo posto accogliente sotto ogni punto di vista..dal fantastico cibo all'ottimo vino e alla piacevole cordialità di tutto lo staff presente..da provare assolutamente i tipici pizzicuni e gli arrosticini dal sapore unico..impossibile non venire se ti trovi a Carsoli 😋
27/04/2025: Sempre meglio, ogni volta che torniamo a Carsoli è uno dei nostri punti di riferimento. Abbiamo iniziato con carciofo alla giudia e rivotica abruzzese con parmigiana di zucchine. Come portata principale sublimi sia i pizzicuni con salsiccia guanciale e pecorino sia gli gnocchi con fave pecorino e crudo croccante. Tenerissimo l'agnello panato con cicoria di campo. Bella chiusura con crumble di cacao frutti di bosco e cioccolato. Ampia lista dei vini, servizio veloce, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Complimenti a Daniele ed il suo staff, chapeau a mamma in cucina.
