Unfortunately, we had a less than positive experience. We ordered fries and wraps. We both believed them. We reported it and they kindly replaced them. Once again, they were raw. Definitely a calibration issue.

After exiting the Pantheon, I needed to use the restroom. On a whim, I thought of the nearby McDonald's. It only cost me 2 euros for a pistachio croissant and an Americano. The restroom was free, too, and it was just upstairs.

It's cool, it was quiet at 12 noon. The bathrooms were pretty filthy, though. And everything looks kind of dirty.
At least you can connect your cell phone for free.

This McDonald's feels pretty much like any other, but it's massive—two stories in a super convenient location. Ordering is a breeze with the self-service panels, and the packaging is what you'd expect. However, they get a ton of delivery orders, which can really slow down the pickup process. They also don't seem to follow the queue numbers strictly, and I noticed them tapping out several at a time. It’s a solid spot if you're not in a rush, but be prepared for a bit of a wait.

The staff at the entrance is friendly, but at the checkout... to be honest, this is the first time I've encountered such rudeness and unfriendliness in McDonald's with customers and with each other. A big plus is that they work until 5 am! The food is tasteless and cold, which is also very strange for McDonald's. The restaurant was clean!
