I never write any review to McDonald's. However, McDonald's in Italy was very delicious. Their chicken wrap and the sauce used in the hamburger were very good. When I was there, although the place was very crowded and crazy busy，their staffs still treated my kids and family with patient. Very appreciated.

Unfortunately, we had a less than positive experience. We ordered fries and wraps. We both believed them. We reported it and they kindly replaced them. Once again, they were raw. Definitely a calibration issue.

After exiting the Pantheon, I needed to use the restroom. On a whim, I thought of the nearby McDonald's. It only cost me 2 euros for a pistachio croissant and an Americano. The restroom was free, too, and it was just upstairs.

It's cool, it was quiet at 12 noon. The bathrooms were pretty filthy, though. And everything looks kind of dirty. At least you can connect your cell phone for free.

30/05/2025: I came with a group of friends for lunch after school. The food is good, fast and on average cheap. The problem is the staff: we had to split what we had taken and the cashier (unfriendly, treated us like idiots) did not want to give change to each of us, giving us 50 cents saying that we had to make do on our own. If you want to split the bill, come either with the exact amount or avoid the place. Goodbye

My girlfriend and I ordered two classic smash burger menus for €9.50 each, which included a delicious and super-rich sandwich, a portion of fries, two chicken wings, and a drink of your choice. The price was excellent considering the quality and quantity of the food. Service was acceptable, but nothing special. The place is nice; it's nice to have the sauces for the meat and fries already at the table. The restrooms aren't the cleanest, but they're decent.
