It's the smallest McDonald's in Rome, which makes it difficult to find a place to sit and eat in peace. And the bathroom is neglected.

I wanted to try a Roman McDonald’s specialty to see if it’s different from what we have at home. The taste was good, but the portion size was surprisingly small, definitely smaller than I expected.
That said, the staff was friendly and polite, and the service was quick. Overall, it was an okay experience, but mainly interesting for the curiosity factor rather than the value.

The food is the usual, the atmosphere is nice and the customers are managed quite well, but the service is terrible, very rude. I am especially addressing Lorenzo who, if there are problems, gets angry and vents his anger on the customers.

Around 2:30 PM on February 12th, I had a meal here. After my group went to the restroom, I was alone with my luggage when I got pickpocketed. Fortunately, a clerk chased after me and helped me find my luggage, so I was able to board my flight home safely. If I had chased after him alone, I probably wouldn't have been able to find it. I wanted to tip the clerk for helping me as if it were my own business, but I was so distracted that I couldn't even express my gratitude. I'm sending you my thanks again, even if it's only through a Google review. Thank you so much for preserving my memories of Rome and my travels!!

There was a 12pm table available, and there were even two bathrooms. It was a great place to grab a quick meal.
