Visited in July 2024 from Canada. We came to try out the different items they have in Italy.
The food was good and the service was quick. I really liked the chicken wings, the Parmigiano, and the Bacio McFlurry. The location is not very clean, and it was very busy. It was hard to find a table to sit at because it’s not very big. The other McDonald’s in Rome are much nicer. The one in Piazza di Spagna (near the Spanish Steps) is probably the one you’ve seen on Instagram - it's really spacious and beautiful inside. I found it later while walking around and wished I had gone there instead to try out the unique Italian menu items.

McDonald's in great location and very clean. I just got a water and used the toilets and the totem. Little to say. Fast, they accept satispay and prices in line with other places in the city.

Nice atmosphere, nice location and good service, food is a little colder and sprite is sparkling water which is what I wanted, I'm not going to complain :), toilets are gross, hence the 4 stars. there is literally unflushed diarrhea and piss everywhere.

Nothing special, but if you need a place to rest and to escape the heat, this McDonald was a life safer.

Excellent for those who have to have breakfast early in the morning, and here in the center many bars are still closed, you have to spend a fortune.. With absurd prices.. So at McDonald's for 2 euros cappuccino and croissant..

One of the most beautiful places in the chain. Good cleanliness even in the toilets. Well-stocked pastry bar counter, excellent quality cakes, excellent coffee prepared and served by a kind and smiling lady. A moment of sweet break during long walks in Rome.

While visiting Rome, I stopped here for a meal.
I really liked the food (Cheeseburger, salad and Coca-Cola) that I ordered.
The seller was friendly and the rest of the service was professional.
I didn't pay much.
The tables and chairs were clean.
I had a chance because it wasn't crowded.
The premises includes a toilet.
Open late.
I recommend!
