I liked it, even though I don't always go

There is no denying the deliciousness of food and how much we enjoy eating it And I don't take anything away from this point of sale on that aspect But as for the service which is very confusing too many people waiting what is in the end you don't know what they told you and what they didn't Yesterday I was with my family and we had a large order of 10 burgers 🍔 Two orders of nuggets and obviously 10 drinks, all to take away I found myself at home with 10 drinks, a single order of nuggets and 8 burgers 🍔 and full of anger Even yes, I told the manager that I was missing an order 418. She reassured me that she can check and my colleague gave it to her but nothing. They really did tap on the girls' evening

The thing that struck me the most was the kindness of the waiters.

"Let me start by saying that I'm a bartender" I'm sorry to have to change my review but tonight my family and I stopped for dinner at McDonald's in Somma Lombardo. I must say that the courtesy of these guys/girls was rude and discourteous from the beginning. We place the order at the totem and they deliver the tray to the table (so far everything is ok) after finishing dinner we decide to have dessert and coffee, so we order at the totem with payment at the cash register. I ask if they could kindly exchange 20.00 for two of 10.00 or pieces of €5.00 ANSWER: WE REALLY CAN'T WE ARE POOR PEOPLE😳😳😳After 13 minutes of waiting always the 2 who were at the cash register (the girl dressed all in black with dark hair and thin and the thin boy with dark hair dressed in grey) arrive at the cafeteria....I am given an MC flarry Sniker's without caramel and in half a glass, a caramel Sunday always in half a glass, a large foamed ginseng that is vomiting and the icing on the cake is coffee with your thumbs resting on the edge of the cup 😡😡😡😡 (I advise you to change jobs). At a certain point I got annoyed and asked to have remade the coffee as I saw the thumbs holding the cup and saucer (I recommend a coffee making course to both of them) both of us were annoyed... he goes away and she makes the coffee again... .I thank and say goodbye while she goes away without even saying goodbye. Laughter and people leaning on the counters doing nothing.....the view was pitiful! I highly recommend, as a bartender and former Burger King employee, to review the staff, the stations, customer approach (greeting, courtesy and education), courses in general but above all serious directors and deputy directors! Good evening and never again in Somma.....I will take my daughters elsewhere.
