We ordered drinks and had to wait 20 minutes... When we finally got our order, it was wrong and incomplete. The staff walked away after asking about our order.

There is a bathroom here, just a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain. It's upstairs but usually a line.

One of the cleanest McD's I've been in. Restrooms are not locked. If you don't want to wait to order and pay, this is a good option. Downside is this store is pricey by American standards.
