Let's just say it's a McDonald's like all the others: chaotic, crowded, and somewhat inattentive service. The saving grace of this location is the outdoor terrace. It was pleasant to share food with birds and pigeons (it's not unhygienic; there's always an employee cleaning and keeping things tidy, and the birds aren't intrusive).

McDonald's Trevi Fountain Fantastic location just steps from the Trevi Fountain! Although the place is always very busy, the service is surprisingly fast and organized. We immediately found a seat on the outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying a break with a view, while the inside was packed. The only downside: long lines for the restrooms, but that's understandable given the touristy area. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's: good and consistent with the standards. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. We return every time we vacation in Rome with our three children, and we'll happily continue to do so. Recommended for anyone looking for a quick meal in the city center!

Espresso + 2 small buns 2.65 euros, the coffee isn't bad. The staff is friendly. Take your time ordering at the kiosk, and use the restroom on the second floor for free. (Show your receipt at the counter and receive a separate QR code for the restroom.)

We had dinner one night and met a very special waiter; I can say he was the friendliest we've seen in all of Rome ❤️. That alone made it worth going there, even though it was a one-off thing.

02/01/2026: We made reservations for dinner and ordered a beef steak and a chicken steak. Unfortunately, we asked for the beef steak to be medium rare, but it arrived almost rare. The chicken steak was a small portion. Decent value, but prices are a bit high.

Holiday Bar

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.
