McDonald's In Colonnella

Disappointing experience. I ordered a bacon sandwich but they served it without it, and they didn't even give me the nuggets I'd paid for. The service was distracted and inattentive, and I ended up spending money without getting what I wanted. I definitely won't be returning to this place.

I was passing through the area with my daughter, so we decided to stop at the McDonald's in Colonnella for lunch. We asked the staff for advice because we were having trouble deciding, and we found a fantastic woman: Michela Celenza. I asked for her name so I could give her a great review of her and the service she provided. She recommended some excellent options, with great patience, professionalism, and interest, but above all, a beautiful smile... Something that's sorely lacking these days, especially among young people. That's what happens when you love what you do. I wish Michela the best and hope everyone knows how lucky they are to have her on their staff. Thank you, and we'll definitely be back. ❤️

McDonald's is very conveniently located, right next to the motorway exit.

Every order placed at Mac Drive-Thru has long wait times…obviously the comparison is made with other restaurants…two stars for service are a gift…also, you always have to check your orders before leaving because they often don't match…a restaurant run like this in a big city would be a disaster.

The hamburgers and cheeseburgers are excellent and the staff are quite helpful.

The trays they put our lunch on were wet and dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and out of paper. One sink was broken, the other had a trickle of water. The floor and tables were dirty. I usually come here, but this time it was really disgusting.

Typical McDonald's: the girls who work there are all nice. The problem is, I don't know if it's always like this, but this morning I noticed they don't have the air conditioning on. It's a shame for the people who work there, who have to put up with the heat.
