McDonald's In Roma

I would like to report an unpleasant incident that occurred during my visit to your restaurant. The chips I was served were cold and visibly soaked in oil. I decided not to complain anyway. However, while I was still sitting at the table eating, a member of staff started sweeping right under my feet. I politely pointed this out, finding it out of place, but only received an annoyed look in response, as if I was the one who was wrong. I find this behavior deeply disrespectful towards the customer and unprofessional. I hope that similar situations will not be repeated in the future, with minimal respect for those who decide to sit down with you to eat in peace. Best regards A disappointed customer

I do enjoy here morning breakfast. Its one of my favorit place to have a coffee with cornetto. There is a place outside to sit under sun😋

Very cozy place, Lorela the hostess is very friendly, I recommend it 100%, the quality of the products is very good.

Very welcoming place, as soon as we entered a beautiful and smiling very kind girl welcomed us, immediately after she helped us find a free table despite the chaos. We ordered via the application and she always brought the tray to the table, I couldn't leave before always thanking her for her availability and attention.

Courtesy and special empathy from Anastasia, on duty at the checkout. Gianluca's textbook latte, available at the bar; camel colour, without foam, and with perfectly whipped milk cream. For the rest, an environment with an atmosphere of clear decadence, despite - and this cannot be absolutely doubted - the continuous efforts of the staff on duty in the different time slots in wanting to restore and maintain hygiene, order and decorum which must be the absolute priority of any public establishment. Many children aged 10-12 years with different and colorful credit cards. They shout without a reason at the tables and while they are in line in front of the order totems; but this, I suppose, is the price to pay for closing the financial year with high turnover. But that's okay. Ps. The five service stars mean exactly that: recognition of the efforts and sacrifice of the gentlemen and ladies on duty every single day in this iconic outpost of so-called capitalist civilization.

Fast and friendly service, better taste than in Poland and not much more expensive.

Despite the chaos of a lunch hour, the guys were really kind and courteous. Very focused but available for every request. The sandwich was very good with meat at least not boiled as can often be found in other MCs.
