McDonald's In Roma

I waited quite a while at the bar. To use the bathroom you have to ask for a ticket (which expires) at the cashier, to get in it doesn't open immediately, inside the spaces are very narrow and there are additional doors inside, very difficult to open (you have to push very hard, an elderly or frail person wouldn't be able to do it at all) and which close automatically with force immediately afterwards (also difficult to reopen). The inside of the bathroom is very small, if you have a dog in tow (even a small one) you have to make inhuman efforts to keep the door open (very hard) so as not to crush the dog, the experience was completely negative.

I've often enjoyed the cafeteria service, which I find to be high-quality and affordable, both in terms of prices and menu options. The location is smaller than other McDonald's, but it does have a few tables outside. It's centrally located, well-connected to public transportation, and lacks parking. I've always found the staff friendly, polite, and professional. The place is always clean.

Great place to get a quick burger. The mc café is great here and the person that made my coffee was very friendly. The place seemed very clean and it was nice to eat here.

On the gluten-free menu, cross-contamination is well controlled. The burger is packaged to isolate it from gluten; on the other hand, I see that it's a pre-prepared and reheated product.

Great Spot for a Quick and Tasty Breakfast! I stopped by McDonald’s Roma Regina Margherita for breakfast, and I was genuinely impressed! The place is clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient—even during the morning rush. The breakfast menu was just what I needed to start the day: hot, fresh coffee, cornetto with pistachio, and fresh orange juice. What stood out was how fast the service was without sacrificing quality. The seating area was comfortable, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to enjoy my meal before heading out. If you’re in Rome and need a reliable breakfast spot that opens early and delivers consistently good food, this McDonald’s is definitely worth a visit.

I once forgot my bag on the seat and didn't find it until the evening. Their staff helped me store my lost bag. I'm really grateful to them❤️

Very well known chain. The place and the fact that the tables outside are in a square are nice. Welcoming and kind staff. efficient cleaning of the place.

I would like to report an unpleasant incident that occurred during my visit to your restaurant. The chips I was served were cold and visibly soaked in oil. I decided not to complain anyway. However, while I was still sitting at the table eating, a member of staff started sweeping right under my feet. I politely pointed this out, finding it out of place, but only received an annoyed look in response, as if I was the one who was wrong. I find this behavior deeply disrespectful towards the customer and unprofessional. I hope that similar situations will not be repeated in the future, with minimal respect for those who decide to sit down with you to eat in peace. Best regards A disappointed customer
