Clean and well-kept environment, good service. The "goodness" of the sandwiches has, in my opinion, declined in all McDonald's.

I must say, the place is very bright and spacious. A waiter helped me place my order because it wasn't very practical. There weren't many people at the time, and I had a great time.

Last night, around 8:00 PM, I went to McDonald's on Corso Francia and was lucky enough to meet Diletta: simply extraordinary.
I had asked for something a little unusual, and she provided it with impeccable professionalism. But the real added value came later: she spontaneously came back to ask if everything was okay, attentive, thoughtful, and smiling. A welcome like that is by no means a given, and it truly makes a difference in the customer experience.
Diletta is the definition of a top worker and top hospitality.
