Giving a Mac review is difficult as they are standardized on an established quality. However, at Mac in Cecina they don't deny themselves, the staff are really kind and attentive to everyone's needs, including children, the historic protagonists of this restaurant.

I have always appreciated the convenience and goodness of McDonald's in Cecina, but during my last visit I noticed some small details that could be improved. It would be great if a little more attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms and pay attention to the correct cleaning of the steel coffee spoons (it had obvious chocolate marks).

All good as usual, the place is also very welcoming and the outside is fantastic. The only flaw: the bathrooms are not clean. With all the customers you have you should pay close attention to the services

Well, the food is that of the famous American chain, whether you eat it in Bolzano or Santa Maria di Leuca, the flavor of the sandwich does not change. That day we were a group of around 15/18 people and they served us in a rather short time; however, the staff proved to be not very patient, with faces bordering on annoyance and tolerance. Even though I, as a customer, always address the staff of any restaurant in the most correct and kindest way possible. For the rest everything is ok.

26/01/2025: Despite being located in an unfortunate position, narrow streets, limited parking, it offers an excellent service. Friendly staff, MC drive service despite the rather narrow spaces. Quite spacious place, in winter, during peak hours, it can be difficult to find a seat, in summer, with external seats the situation improves. The menu? Obviously we are at McDonald's, with all its many advantages and few defects. I recommend downloading the chain's App and registering to be able to take advantage of the almost daily offers, as well as the seasonal ones (the famous Christmas one which starts with a Crisby MC bacon medium menu for 3 euros for example)
