Friendly staff, especially Mrs. Alessandra. She's a really nice and cheerful lady. She helped us a lot with our order; she's truly a smiling and polite woman.

The staff was perfect, as was the food and cleanliness. The problem is that a single McDonald's, not even particularly large, is obviously too small for all of Como.

Located in the city center, it's very convenient to reach, especially if you're out shopping or visiting the historic center. It's probably the only place in the area where you can eat at low, affordable prices, which is why it's often crowded. However, I found the upstairs spot to be clean and the staff friendly.

Central and convenient. But it's a disaster when it's crowded. Outside it's full of pigeons; you can't eat there without being bothered. The food is okay, nothing special.

02/01/2026: Tasty, generous burgers and crispy fries, all freshly made. Good value for money. Definitely worth trying again.
26/12/2025: Best place to eat Halal food. It’s easily accessible from both Como and Lecco Area. Their best signature burger is Mega Chicken Parmaggiano and then Naan Tikka grill is the second best. Just try these two , you will thank me Later
