Given its location in Como, this branch offers some of the most scenic views out of any McDonald's I have ever been to. There is some indoor seating, as well as lots of seats outside. Many tables were dirty and I didn't see them being cleaned during my visit, which was disappointing. I went very early in the morning, and even then it was quite busy. All of the ordering kiosks were out of order, which meant that service was very slow, as everyone had to order from the single employee who was serving. However, the service was friendly, and I received my order fairly soon after I had paid. Overall, it's a decent branch of McDonald's and the stunning views more than made up for the lack of cleanliness and slow service.

MC Donald's in the center of Como. There are tables outside with table service. Very crowded. Bathrooms not exactly in optimal conditions.

An awful lot of people, and the food is not particularly tasty. Only two kiosks for ordering food were working out of a total of 6, so the wait was very long. The serving numbers were completely unclear. There was hair in my food, so I had to return it. They gave me another portion, but I didn't have any more. I don't recommend it

Nice place, fast service even though it was April 25th at 12.00 THE ONLY FLAWS 1 bathroom only for men and 4 for women, the rest of the staff were very good

Uno dei pochi mec Donald in cui sono stata e mi sono trovata bene, buona pulizia e personale gentile, piatti ben preparati.

28/03/2025: Sono andata con un’amica per una merenda e la gentilezza che ci ha accolte , da subito, è stata piacevole .. cioccolata, panna, browes sono stati ile nostre dolcezze ..
28/12/2024: Cambio di location ma Babi è sempre Babi. Mi è mancata tantissimo in questi mesi di chiusura per cambio locale. Sono andata con mia figlia ed un suo amico per una cioccolata calda. Io e Luca abbiamo preso la classica mentre mua Rebecca quella bianca che da Babi è rosa: entrambe sempre buonissime. La location non è più tutta rosa come quella della vecchia ma ha mantenuto l'arredamento del locale a cui è subentrata: elegante con tavoli di legno, poltroncine e divanetti. Vendono anche abiti. Devo tornarci al più presto con mio marito che adora la cioccolata di Babi che, per noi, è la migliore in tutta Como.
