McDonald's In Belluno

today at the drive-through we asked for a lot of gherkins in the cheeseburger and for the first time they put a lot of them. THANK YOU top service 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Ottimo luogo, nuovo e pulito. Ottimo parcheggio. Mc drive funzionante. Interno perfetto, personale gentile. Adoro il menù vegetariano. L'unica cosa che non mi piace molto è il sapore delle patatine fritte, pesanti da digerire come in tutti i mc Donald's del mondo... Sarà colpa dell'olio che usano x friggere.

Update November 2024: I give 5 stars because I returned to MCdrive one evening, I get home and the order is completely wrong. I called immediately and a very kind guy proposed to come back to offer me the 2 "reparative" menus. When I returned 2 days later to get the "restorative" menus, all the staff were kind and generous with the ingredients and portions. I don't know what most people think today, but that's how you treat any customer. Maybe the time before I just caught the wrong clerk having the wrong evening, it happens, but I had confirmation that the norm of this place is kindness and courtesy. Old review September 2024: I go to get an offer with the app and I can't because the sandwich is finished. I am not offered another one, in fact I am made fun of by the clerk. I don't know if the management has changed, but previously they always tried to please the customer in some way. Too bad 🤷‍♂️ Old review: There would be no shortage of defects and reasons to complain, but I give 5 stars because on several occasions the staff proved friendly despite the pressure and tried to offer remedial solutions to small inconveniences.

Good burgers and more. Service was normal, except sometimes they forgot to bring me coffee (even though it was in the order). Very welcoming environment

Nice place with interactive tables to play. Convenient because you can order from the app, pick up at the drive or in the car park. It's a shame that almost every time something is missing from the bag, either straws or teaspoons or something else...
