I wanted to highlight (on a positive note) the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of one girl in particular. The girl in question is not Italian. Always friendly, always with a smile and the kindness that distinguishes her. She makes typical fast food into a friendly and almost family-like atmosphere. The food and atmosphere are typical of American fast food. But the service is excellent. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Più che una recensione, vorrei risolvere un mistero. Si sono inventati il numeretto sul tavolo per il servizio tramite app. Ottimo. Io che ci vado due/tre volte al mese ormai ho imparato dove sono i tavoli, ma come è possibile che chi ci lavora ogni giorno per ore al giorno ancora non ne a la più pallida idea? Sette volte su dieci mi tocca vedere il vassoio con sopra il mio panino che viaggia, gira e rigira, torna indietro, vaga per il locale disperato senza meta.

23/07/2025: As is the case everywhere, there were many employees of different nationalities here. It was difficult to communicate. Since we ordered from the phone, it wasn't a big deal. The dining area was quite small. The food was delicious.
14/07/2025: Here's a review for Koreans~ ------------------------------------ (Written based on my experience on July 13, 2025) I was very worried after reading the old reviews. But I went there because this was the only place I could go at 8pm. Racism against Asians? No! There was none! Sour and bad food? No! So far, I'm fine! Late food delivery after ordering? No! No, it came out quickly in 4 minutes! Unfriendly staff? No! They never lost their smiles even though they were busy. Everything was resolved. The food tastes like KFC and the service is the best. By the way, if you ask the staff for the Wi-Fi password, they'll connect it for you. Enjoy!
