Classic McDonald's. The food was good, the sandwiches were not dry and, even though there were a lot of people, it took them a short time to serve me. The staff present when I went were very polite and the tables were very clean.
It has no architectural barriers and there are no bathrooms connected to the venue, however there are many present in the 8 gallery structure.
Excellent experience.

Excellent McDonald's. Well laid out and well organized with security inside for the arrangement of the queues during crowded hours without degenerating with customers. Clean room and bathroom. If you are in the area go there to taste their sandwiches. Competent and customer friendly staff.

The best McDonald's I've ever seen in Turin, I speak from my experience on Friday afternoon at 1.46pm. Very fast, friendly, perfect sandwiches look identical to the advertisement, there isn't an ingredient out of place, clean paper, everything well-ordered, clean tables, place markers always displayed. Wow.

I'm sorry to note that it's no longer the place I remembered, too much chaos, people shouting for no reason, little professionalism, service, you have limits, in my opinion they should organize themselves, it's better to start from scratch.

I was at a birthday party last night and witnessed an unpleasant scene at this McDonald's. A superior mistreated an employee who wasn't feeling well, instead of helping him or showing him understanding. As far as I'm concerned, this attitude is unacceptable and creates an unpleasant environment for customers too.
Kindness should be a priority, but unfortunately it's not the first time I've noticed rudeness in this place. I hope that the management intervenes to improve respect towards everyone.

Quite a large place, there are lots of tables and plenty of space, there are various totems for ordering so you don't always have to wait in line. The table service is fast and the staff very kind, friendly and efficient, even in cleaning the tables and taking away the trays. It's a shame that if you use the app's offers, the sandwiches are tiny compared to when you order without any discount.
