A smart looking McDonald's and very different from what I'm used too. Next to the Vatican and easy to miss because there's not the usual signage. I love the fact they do barista coffee however when eating in I'd prefer what's shown on the menu not a paper cup. I find the coffee beans used quite bitter especially noticeable in the expresso but the cappuccino was decent. Service was prompt and in English / Italian. Restrooms require the barcode on the receipt and I don't blame them.

For McDonald's it's bad. You have to wait a very long time for your order despite the small morning traffic - the staff is clearly not in a hurry. The toilet is tiny - for one person and traditionally for Rome - disgustingly dirty. Piss on the floor and no cleaning. But the location right next to Wstykana is ok.

06/08/2025: Great place for having a breakfast! I tried "Popeye" tacos, "Go green!" bagel and classic pancakes with pistachio creme and granola (in two separate mornings, not all at once :) ), and they all were great. Cappuccino was great, too, but stay clear of americano (as you should do always, anyway :) ).
06/08/2025: The food was decent, it was raining and the seats were few and too close together.
