I went for the coffee and pastry section. The products were well displayed and the coffee was acceptable, but the service was a bit slow and the seating area wasn't entirely clean when I was there. It serves its purpose for a quick breakfast, but it doesn't particularly stand out from other places in the area.

With a lot of people, burgers are now very expensive, and the quantity is very small. Hamburgers are ridiculously small, fries half the amount compared to other similar chains. Waste of money in Rome

08/03/2026: Some ordering kiosks closed due to electronic payment malfunction, the rest are ok.
06/03/2026: Yesterday I came to KFC and it was very crowded. There was only one Sri Lankan woman at the cash register, working alone and managing everything. Even though the place was very crowded and I mixed up my order, she helped me very kindly without rushing me or showing impatience. She was very polite, calm, and helpful with all the customers. I really appreciated her positive attitude and the professional way she handled the situation despite the crowd. Thank you for the excellent customer service! 🙂

26/11/2025: I was there on my lunch break; the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I would have preferred the artisanal burger meat, as it was very firm and tough when cooled. My advice is to choose artisanal meat to maintain a high standard. Overall, good.
22/11/2025: More than satisfied! Booked through the website for Friday night. No wait, fast service, delicious burgers. Recommended!
