My daughters and I come here often. I tried the new Giallo Zafferano cheese sandwich, which was spectacular, and the piadina with peppers today was a delight. The service is excellent and the wait times are very short. The piadina with peppers and the sandwich with provola cheese are spectacular. The lady with glasses is super super, very nice.

Let's start with the basics: the parking lot, aka the challenge. Few spots. Finding a spot requires mystical patience and a couple of ritual laps around the parking lot, hoping that someone, out of pity or the end of the meal, will free up a spot. Once inside, you're greeted by the usual familiar chaos: lines, screaming children, tables cluttered with abandoned trays, and a staff that moves with the energy of those who have long since lost the concept of "organization." And so, incomplete orders, forgotten fries, customers staring into space waiting for a cheeseburger that never arrives. The staff does their best. But there's no direction to bring order to this theater of the absurd where everything is fast except the service. And then there are the bathrooms. Ah, the bathrooms. The final frontier. More than a service, a warning. They resemble those of service station restaurants, with lingering smells and a sense of resignation that washes over you. Disabled access? None. Not convenient, not marked, and, to be honest, not thought through.

The last time the chips were awful... in the summer it's crowded every day... the parking lot has several spaces but in the summer you see a lot of people who have gone around three times and then leave.

Parking is very limited, which quickly becomes a problem during busy times. Unfortunately, the restrooms weren't particularly clean during my visit. The staff also seemed rather unmotivated and not very customer-oriented – there's still plenty of room for improvement. 🍔🚗🧼👎🏼

Very good coffee, like everywhere in Italy. The cornetti is also very good.
