The McDonald's in Vomero, compared to the others in Naples, is always clean and quiet, making it a very pleasant stop. Lately, the coffee shop staff (one in particular, very complaining) has been inattentive and often over-eager. The croissants are cold, served like bricks. The cappuccino tastes like water. A little more desire would be enough; you're not even surrounded by people... that said, other than that, it's fine.

Overall excellent, good food, friendly staff, only complaint I had a few times was that the fries weren't very hot and not very salty, everything else was good, I recommend it!

Unfortunately the experience was negative because of the cashier (Annamaria). A smile and a little more politeness could certainly make the difference.

I have to review my last review, the problem encountered is with the BBQ asiago product after... a totally burnt hamburger and sandwich with ingredients scattered outside it, and the excuse of haste in preparing is not acceptable because it happened on a very calm time and day
