I stopped at McDonald's Alessandria Est, and it's immediately apparent that it's a much busier place than others. Probably due to its strategic location, it handles a much larger customer base. The food is excellent, as always, and a guarantee. The staff, for the most part, is friendly and tries their best despite the high traffic. When it's really crowded, cleanliness could be improved a bit, but that's understandable considering the constant flow of customers. Overall, it's a good place for a quick stop.

We sat inside, there were four of us, ordered and took our seats. I can say that in our experience, our food arrived very quickly. Very good, clean, although we made a bit of a mess when handing out our food.

I ordered a Gran Crispy Menu Small and a Big Tasty Bacon Menu Large + Pistachio McFlurry tonight from McDrill... everything was fine except the food itself wasn't right: - The Big Tasty Bacon was missing the fresh onion or the two slices of tomato; - The pistachio McFlurry was barely half-filled and missing the pistachio pieces; - The Cokes were without ice.

UNICO cucina, pizza e brace

25/10/2025: Excellent pizza, very welcoming and well-kept place, friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!
11/10/2025: Personally, we didn't have a good experience. Slow service, the pizzas weren't bad, but we chose a pizza that was described as good, but a completely different one arrived at the table... avoid the coffee.
