McDonald's In Acireale

Tonight I wanted to try Acireale's drive, simply to compare it with Giarre's. What can I say, the guys who were on duty were impeccable. Already from the order the clear and friendly girl was also careful in returning the change.... without throwing it in the car as unfortunately happened to me in other places, on delivery as well as being fast, friendly and attentive! good work

The staff is unable to coordinate the delivery service, more than once I have forgotten or gotten the orders wrong

Normal.. nothing simpler.... but it should be noted that upstairs in the bathroom... the water taps don't work... and above all a lake more...... Etc. not very hygienic. ...

The place isn't bad.... But every time I bite into something I always wonder where it comes from....

I recently placed an order at McDonald's Drive and unfortunately the experience wasn't the best. After completing my order and picking up my food, I only noticed once at home that a sandwich and a portion of chips were missing. Unfortunately, this mistake compromised the entire experience, especially because I had chosen the McDrive precisely for its convenience and speed. When you order this way, you expect everything to be delivered correctly, without having to check every single product at home. I tried contacting the restaurant to report the error, but was unable to resolve the issue immediately. I hope that in the future more attention will be paid to orders to avoid similar mix-ups. I hope this review can serve as an inspiration to improve the service and ensure that every customer receives what they ordered. Otherwise, the quality of the food is always good, but the error in the order definitely affected my experience

Excellent breakfast recommended

I often come to MC Donald's in Acireale to have breakfast (which in my opinion is the only thing that works well inside that MC Donald's, the girls are all kind, professional and always polite) and I witnessed an unpleasant event this morning involving a colleague/manager ? who filmed a girl who works there in an absolutely arrogant and rude way. As a woman and a working woman, I was very annoyed by this attitude, especially in front of all the customers who were waiting to be served. I would like to point out that the girl remained equally professional and kind as always even if in the meantime she had to give account to this gentleman who called her back in very arrogant and unsuitable tones. I hope to never witness an event like this again. A man who tries to be haughty with a person who works!!! I would focus on other types of problems such as cleaning and not forgetting orders (what happened about 3 weeks ago at dinner with my daughter who had been waiting for her Happy meal for 1 hour)
