McDonald's In Alessandria

Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

The food in my opinion is too industrial, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is a McDonald's cliché

For a very quick snack, for food....passable.

I've solved my problem with my constantly filthy car thanks to this place where I can drink coffee, freshly squeezed juice, eat a cream croissant, and work on my laptop in peace while they wash it at the gas station across the street. Excellent Wi-Fi, cell phone charging, and a super-easy environment for staying focused and even making a few phone calls.

Incompetent and untrained staff. Extremely long wait times for a fast food restaurant, and the staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry for the 2 stars given to the service but after 40 minutes it was discovered that my order had been lost, it's the first time this has happened to me in so many Mc's I've tried.
