30/01/2026: Today I had lunch at Ristorante Ferro – Officina del Gusto, in the Pineta Sacchetti area of ​​Rome, and the experience was truly excellent. From the very beginning, you can sense the attentive, professional, and welcoming management: the owners exude friendliness, warmth, and great customer care. The open kitchen is a sign of quality, transparency, and cleanliness that inspires immediate trust. The service is essential yet precise, with a simple table setting that emphasizes order, care, and elegance. The ingredients are top-quality, carefully selected, and the culinary offerings combine Roman tradition with highly interesting modern reinterpretations. We chose an extraordinary cacio e pepe, perfectly creamed, and flavorful. The puntarelle with anchovies were incredibly fresh, crispy, and prepared with authentic ingredients that enhance the authentic flavor of Roman cuisine. We enjoyed a pleasant lunch break in a welcoming and well-appointed environment, with impeccable service both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Kudos to the owners: Ferro is a restaurant worth not only trying, but also recommending and promoting. They're truly excellent!
