I'm giving it 3 stars because, in my opinion, they could start serving tables... the lack of these services simply creates confusion. Otherwise, the food is good.

I found myself blocked by a red Renault 4 with license plate N57686 with a body in the trunk. As soon as I arrived, the gentleman was very kind in moving it.

Since I've lived in the historic center of Ferrara, I've always gone to this McDonald's for several reasons: - It's close to many other stores; - The service is very fast, friendly, and if they make a mistake, which has happened to me a few times, they always fix it by serving another sandwich, or ice cream, etc. - The food is delicious with a variety of choices; - Even though it's very narrow, it has three floors, more than 15 outdoor tables, and a very clean and modern bathroom. McDonald's is unique.

The sandwiches are standard McDonald's quality, but well-packaged. The space is cramped, three levels high, and it's not always easy to find a seat. Table service is guaranteed despite the difficulties.

26/12/2025: It's unprofessional to lose a reservation for six people, especially after asking the customer to respect their time, but you were able to make up for it by immediately giving us a comfortable table and serving us promptly. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly.
