McDonald's In Ferrara

very good food, shame about the atmosphere ruined by the corpse in the back

Very welcoming and nice place, it should be specified that it is also in a convenient position if you want to visit various monuments, such as the Ferrara Castle. There are various tables available for eating, both outside and inside and on the upper floor. Regarding parking, there are none in the immediate vicinity, but you can find a multi-story car park 5 minutes walk away.

Probably the nicest McDonald's I've been to. It's right across from the Ferrara Duomo, so the view is amazing—especially from the upstairs seating area. The place is clean, spacious, and the service was fast. Great spot for a quick break in the heart of the city.

Nice place to sit, eat and drink something. Quite a large space. Nice covered outdoor terrace. Close to the square and historical buildings

There is nothing I can say about this McDonald's. The food was fresh and good. My dog loved her happy meal and ice cream daily. She only eats like this on vacations. The people were so friendly and kind. It is a very different experience from the U.S. employees!

Magnificent place, always kind staff, highly recommended, obviously products always super good and fresh like the whole chain

Only place to get soft drinks with enough ice

I had urinated on a coffee sundae to take away, number 0525, my number was never called, when I asked the lady what had happened she finally found my sundae abandoned there almost melted and when I told her instead of apologizing I was told that since the coffee was hot it had melted... professionalism must always be the business card, if you make a mistake you apologize first and then solve the problem. By doing so, you have delivered a product late, clearly in an almost pitiful state and you have lost your web reputation due to an error made by a colleague that could have been avoided... congratulations ma'am...

Located in a strategic area with friendly staff, few seats, very small bathroom with access with receipt, lower quality food than other fast food restaurants
