Two stars not for the place but for the area

If you live more at night than during the day it's a salvation

I'd like to give a special mention to Geraldine, head waiter at McDonald's in Prati Fiscali. I was able to observe her work on Christmas Day and the following days, a very busy and challenging time for the restaurant industry. Geraldine stood out for her great professionalism, empathy, and extraordinary problem-solving skills. Despite the high influx of customers and complaints, she handled every situation calmly, attentively, and respectfully, demonstrating great care for both her customers and the team. Her presence truly makes the difference. She exudes confidence, manages to organize, and maintains a calm atmosphere even during the busiest times. It's truly rare to find people with the levels of competence and humanity that Geraldine and the McDonald's Prati Fiscali team have.

Christmas brought us a wonderful gift: the new head waiter! Kind, smiling, efficient, and everything seems to be blossoming, even the staff's spirits have been strained for too long. Thank you, Madeleine, we'll see the change soon.
