I would like to report, with the utmost cordiality, but also with due firmness, a situation that is becoming untenable at your McDrive. I fully understand that occasional errors can occur, but what I've been experiencing for some time can no longer be dismissed as a simple oversight.
In fact, this is the sixth or seventh consecutive time I've noticed missing products, particularly ice cream. Today, when I returned home, I again found a Perugina McFlurry and a caramel sundae missing.
It's clear that this is no longer an isolated incident, but a problem with attention and control that impacts both service and customer trust.
I'd also like to point out that I don't feel right having to stop in the aisle every time to open the entire order and check item by item to ensure it's complete. Likewise, once I get home, it's illogical to think of going back again to report the missing products. I fully understand how difficult it is for those in the workforce to distinguish between an honest customer and someone who might take advantage of them, but precisely for this reason, I believe it's essential that this verification be carried out upstream, by those preparing and delivering orders.
This is no longer an occasional mix-up: each time, items worth approximately €7 are missing, regularly paid for but not delivered. Such a frequent occurrence is no longer tolerable or justifiable.
I don't know if this review will be reviewed by management or the relevant authorities, but I believe it's necessary to finally address this critical issue. Measures should be adopted to ensure greater accuracy, order verification, and a level of care commensurate with the expected standard.
I sincerely hope that this report will lead to a concrete improvement, in everyone's interest.

As expected, this is a typical McDonald's fast food restaurant. The restaurant is very large and often crowded, especially on holidays and in the evenings. There is, however, ample parking, both in front and behind the restaurant, accessible via a small road that isn't always easily visible.
During our visit, the wait times were completely normal and acceptable.

The criticisms I read before my review must have done the staff good, because in my opinion everything was normal, in fact maybe better than other places... I'm speaking for the Mc drive, between ordering and picking up the products it must have been just 10 minutes... everything was fine, nothing was missing from the order... we left the hotel in Saint-Pierre to eat a sandwich and went back to the hotel to eat, the sandwiches were still hot, only the fries were a little cold... but that's understandable given the distance... I'm more for Burger King, the sandwiches are much better and there's much more choice, but the new sandwich they made, the Big Arch is really good... the only thing I would steal from the Mc are the fries, those are really better than Burger King...

Nothing to add to what everyone already knows. Unfortunately, there isn't much choice for vegetarians. The idea of a vegan sandwich would be a good one.
