McDonald's In Firenze

I'll tell you about my experience at McDonald's in via Baracca the people who work there are wonderful people and every person who works there is special and fantastic I love them all they are very good at preparing food and drinks and they are very good and you have to understand sometimes doing things quickly can forget something, a sandwich, drinks, it's normal.... But they are a big family who help others and don't abandon anyone even if someone can make a mistake and they are human but they have a heart and always give another chance to work with them this means being a team McDonald's in Via Baracca. All the managers are wonderful people, fantastic wonderful crew, Elena the director who is an extraordinary woman with a heart and sensitivity and Alessia who does the contracts is very good and good and generous at heart and very polite. So it's a beautiful place go and bring people that they truly deserve. 🧘 Namaste

Birthday party space a little small but welcoming. Friendly and professional staff.

The food was so-so, the chips were cold and I had to get them changed, the service was slow and the rooms were dirty, maybe because it was 7pm

Very good waiting time if you're last 20 minutes but it comes too good

Mc sehr komfortabel und auch mit externen Tischen ausgestattet, perfekte und super schöne Umgebung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme gerne wieder

Ogni volta che ordino al MC drive manca qualcosa e diventa troppo complicato tornare indietro.

They serve well and quickly, cleaning every moment when people leave. Very very clean

Food ready almost immediately and delightful staff, especially the manager Chiara!

I've been there a few times however if it's always open it means it's good!!😜
