McDonald's In Milano

Extremely stressed staff, slow service but food was as expected

McDonald's is always clean and well kept but small for the area it is located in. Difficult to find a seat especially on certain days and times given the large influx of customers

It was Lutsche place that was strengthened

Nice and quick both times I visited staff had good English.

Unfortunately it is always crowded, people alone who take seats without considering that there are others walking around waiting for a table for a quick lunch... I think the staff should be more attentive to this detail.

It was closed now though and comfortable and nice good service

the door attendant puts you in a hurry and anxious well before closing, chasing you throughout the place, but after they have made you pay... so there are two cases: either you tell us that the place is already closed before midnight or you make us eat calmly after you have taken the money. rude and not professional at all, talk to the manager!!
