The restaurant is always clean and tidy, compared to other McDonald's places that I frequent, the staff who work in contact with customers are always smiling and affable.

I'll update the review as I've noticed a notable improvement. Much more attentive staff and freshly prepared orders. Well done, especially the McDrive guy on duty in the evening/night, super courteous! —————————————————————— Perhaps the worst McDonald's in Milan. McDrive is unthinkable: cold sandwiches and chips, stale drinks and they always forget/get something wrong! Home deliveries to avoid (also the fault of the raiders of the delivery platforms) Absolutely not recommended.

Classic McDonald's with mcdrive and mccaffe. There are totems to order and pay directly there by credit card or at the checkout. Friendly staff. Fast service. Moderate prices. Very nice environment with colorful and imaginative furnishings. Parking available on site.

06/03/2024: Service on the bar are not so welcoming in the mornings / afternoons. Toasts are good. Staff don’t speak English well.
24/02/2024: Unfortunately one level below Panino Giusto. Preserved, raw bread cut like steaks, brie cold from the fridge... It also costs less, so value for money ok.

30/07/2024: Attentive and fast service for the lunch break.
10/05/2024: Good cappuccino and latte, short croissants as we found the pistachio one only dirty on the surface and the empty one filled with jam. The bathrooms are unseemly, dirty enough to make one believe that they are rarely cleaned. The location is beautiful.
