Unfortunately, every time I come to this McDonald's there are technical problems. POSs often don't work, and today the entire row of self-service kiosks were out of order, making it impossible to place an order independently. This creates inconvenience and slows down service, especially during peak hours. Such a large chain establishment should ensure efficient operation of the technology, but here it seems that problems are the norm. I hope management takes steps to improve the situation.

Even though I went in the middle of Winter Days with school outings (invasion of hungry kids), the staff managed to serve us quickly and accurately. Compliments to the staff, who are always kind and efficient.
