Unfortunately, every time I come to this McDonald's there are technical problems. POSs often don't work, and today the entire row of self-service kiosks were out of order, making it impossible to place an order independently. This creates inconvenience and slows down service, especially during peak hours. Such a large chain establishment should ensure efficient operation of the technology, but here it seems that problems are the norm. I hope management takes steps to improve the situation.
