It's just a McDonald's like any other. It's packed during the holiday season, it takes longer, and everyone's kind of stressed. It's just the way it is. When I go there, I know that beforehand. But the food was hot, the place was clean, and the employees did their jobs.

Maybe it's the McDonald's closest to home, but the fact is that I feel perfectly at ease in the Mac in Castelletto rather than, for example, in the one in Borgo. Fast service

I persist in going there mainly for the convenience of the location. Table service is very convenient and is not always very fast especially if the restaurant is full. Just as it happens in confusion that the order is not complete. I recommend checking it out especially if you are at MC drive. Another recurring flaw is the chips which always arrive cold. Furthermore, the tables are never cleaned between one customer and another.

5 stars hands down always at the top, sometimes on weekends on busy evenings like on Fridays or Saturdays, if you eat on site the orders are not very hot, probably due to management issues that some sandwiches are prepared in advance, apart from this best McDonald's ever

29/10/2025: Everything we had was excellent, well prepared with high quality. Professional and talented staff, made this a very pleasant meal.
21/10/2025: The concept of this restaurant would be so much better if the food wasn't so blend. Interesting dishes, nice restaurant, great staff and a high quality wine list. But all of the dishes are just...disappointing, boring, lacking power and taste.
