Mc Donald's In Palermo

We couldn't pay by card, everyone had to go to the counter to pay in cash. The service was fast and the food was pretty good, but it was quite noisy. I recommend it.

The interior is particularly beautiful, both aesthetically and meticulously clean. The food was tasty and arrived quickly. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars (in the face of McDonald's).

The service was significantly slower than other McDonald's. Once we got home, we noticed that three bottles of water and four McNuggets were missing, even though they were listed on the receipt.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I must say that, despite a small initial mix-up with my order, I was very satisfied with the experience. The manager Armando was extremely professional: he immediately recognized the mistake, apologized kindly and immediately fixed everything. It is rare to find today, so much attention to the customer and the desire to fix it with transparency and respect. Compliments to the staff for their availability and courtesy. I will definitely be back!

Railway station branch, but not full of the beggars and homeless you normally find in railway eateries. Fast service, no problem finding a seat. Clean.

A little too chaotic and expensive, however the staff is always friendly

Unfortunately, like most of the south of Italy, it was done haphazardly. The food is like poppy seed, the taste is comparable to others in other countries. But the way the burgers/sandwiches are served leaves much to be desired.

The first MC Donald since I arrived in Palermo, on December 30th, good food and few seats.
