Mc Donald's In Palermo

Fast and efficient service. Food was good. Quite expensive though.

Italian McD it is something else. One of the best fried chicken in my life. Good taste of meet not like this UK crap!

The sandwich was average and the service was quick, but the bathroom was unusable, obviously without toilet paper and in a truly pitiful state, obviously I refused to go there.

We couldn't pay by card, everyone had to go to the counter to pay in cash. The service was fast and the food was pretty good, but it was quite noisy. I recommend it.

The interior is particularly beautiful, both aesthetically and meticulously clean. The food was tasty and arrived quickly. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars (in the face of McDonald's).

The service was significantly slower than other McDonald's. Once we got home, we noticed that three bottles of water and four McNuggets were missing, even though they were listed on the receipt.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I must say that, despite a small initial mix-up with my order, I was very satisfied with the experience. The manager Armando was extremely professional: he immediately recognized the mistake, apologized kindly and immediately fixed everything. It is rare to find today, so much attention to the customer and the desire to fix it with transparency and respect. Compliments to the staff for their availability and courtesy. I will definitely be back!

Railway station branch, but not full of the beggars and homeless you normally find in railway eateries. Fast service, no problem finding a seat. Clean.
