Top experience! It is very rare to find a fast food restaurant where the employees are truly interested in the customer's well-being. Everything is always hot and good, always very fast and always very kind and smiling. Bathrooms always impeccable and room always clean and fragrant. He is definitely a cut above the other mcs in Palermo. I highly recommend it.

Best McDonald’s experience! Fresh, perfectly seasoned fries, spicy nuggets that tasted like real chicken, and ice-cold, fizzy Coke. Loved the unique Italian menu options like the bacon McCrispy, parmigiana slice, and even a Corona beer available at 11 a.m. Great post-flight meal. Only slight downside: the wings could be better, and some chips were a bit cold. Overall, highly recommended!

it has never happened in the history of McDonald's times in Palermo that an order was PERFECT. Usually it ALWAYS happens: either the drink is foiled, or they forget a food, or they send old and hard foods that are not very pleasant….TODAY 17.09.2024 I ATE THE BEST MC OF MY LIFE, hot and crunchy chips, spectacularly crunchy nuggets oh my PURE, WARM, SOFT SANDWICH, congratulations staff, I know it takes patience to work at the station. The first time I found two pieces of bone in the meat which, although small and thin, were enough to knock out my tooth. Probably when they make the mince they grind everything... Never happened elsewhere, not in other McDonald's nor in the competition. I would also add that today 3/9/2024 I took the new "Tasty" menu that you see on advertisements these days. The one I was served was decidedly different, they could also have put less oil, and added more salad but fresher if you look. the comparison photo you will take note of. It's definitely not worth the €12 menu, especially if you choose any drink except beer, the remaining drinks are full of ice. The only positive notes are the service, the kind sales assistants and the speed

The food is like in MC, it is in one building with a cafe and a small shop, so you have to be careful which ordering machine you approach

The location was clean and tidy and worked quickly to get my order. There were no issues with food quality. Staff wer friendly. I would visit again.

McDonald's at the very train station in Palermo. It's quite nice here, but even though there are a lot of people there, they only have one toilet for men and one for women and it didn't look very clean unfortunately.

If you need a europe standard with recharge your phone, cool down and go to the bathroom, this is the place. The staff serves you and take the trays so you do not have to. Kids had lot of fun.
