Mc Donald's In Palermo

I took food with me on the train ride to the airport. They forgot to pack my McChicken burger. Check your food to make sure it's complete.

Usually, it's not very pleasant to spend long in places like train stations. The atmosphere isn't the same. But here, we were saying goodbye to the island and stayed a little longer. I'd like to point out that not all customers clear their tables after themselves. The staff is very careful about this and immediately comes to clean the tables and surrounding areas. They strive to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Also, the staff literally chased away a beggar from me. It was a nice gesture. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service.

The shops are open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Many shops here stay open very late on Christmas Eve, so people arriving late can still find food.

Only the bathroom was very dirty and unusable.

Fast and good quality service. I don’t really like that they call out numbers instead of letting customers follow their order on the screen like in other countries, but overall the food is tasty - definitely better than in other McDonald’s locations in Palermo. 🍔🍟

Fast and efficient service. Food was good. Quite expensive though.
