today 19 March 2025 at 11:00/13:00 I ordered a mcfrully with oreo and I received a completely mixed baby food and it sucked it looked like it had already been eaten by someone and the good thing is that I ordered 3 for my friends and they too had the same thing instead a friend of mine got it on the sniker and his was perfect. and plus there were no bathrooms they sent us into Etnapolis to the bathroom

Too disorganized. Too many unmanageable turnout. It's the management's fault for not realizing that radical changes need to be made. The MC Drive is too crowded, too many cars waiting. The kitchen is too small to be able to serve all these customers at the same time on Saturdays and holidays. The customers in the room wait for minutes and exhausting minutes and the food arrives already cold.. and poor waiters running back and forth madly... the desire really passes... all this torture perhaps to save a few euros instead of going to the sandwich shop around there where you could eat much better.

Second. But MC Donald's has many positive and negative aspects. The positive aspects are: New offers every day, Wonderfully decorated place, lots of food at a low price possibility for those with celiac disease to be able to eat because there are many gluten-free foods and also suitable for children since thanks to the Happy Meal, i.e. the children's menu, contains foods that children really like. While the negative aspects are: poor service and some foods very often they are served cold.

03/11/2024: In verità...ci eravamo fermati alla Cantina Patria ma servivano solo degustazione, avevamo un po' di appetito....e ci hanno indicato questo locale, complimenti....ben servito,ottimo menù di qualità,ottime porzioni e giusto prezzo.... dimenticato.... Buon Servizio......
12/10/2024: We were passing buy at lunch time and stopped to eat. We sat inside and asked for pizza but it was not available for lunch. Beer they have only one brand, craft beer made exclusively for them, OX beer. We chose meat to share, approx 1kg priced at €60. The meat cooked at medium was chewy but other than that everything was good.

23/02/2025: Premesso, che ero un po' titubante, dalle recensioni non proprio positive che ho letto.... però la mia esperienza è stata soddisfacente. Cibo buono, porzioni abbondanti, servizio celere anche se ovviamente come in tutti i posti è sempre meglio andare di settimana e non nel weekend. Sicuramente torneremo a provare altri piatti.
19/01/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno e scelto di prendere delle pinze e diverse paste: tutto molto buono, anche se, comprensibilmente, non ai livelli della cucina della città eterna. Avevamo prenotato per le 13, e capisco che le prenotazioni siano organizzate a fasce orarie, con altri clienti attesi alle 14. Tuttavia, trattandosi di un compleanno, abbiamo percepito una certa pressione nel liberare il tavolo, e questo ha un po’ disturbato l’esperienza.
