Quality control could be improved (broken saucer and wet spoon), good coffee and food, at times with little or no customer traffic, the tables are often dirty, which I can understand during peak hours. In short, you're wasting your time on a small plate that costs maybe 30 cents to produce and lasts for years.

I was there yesterday afternoon. Excellent service. Fast, very friendly, and the place was clean. Well done, well done, well done. Finally a McDonald's where they thank you and wish you bon appetit.

We were served by Fallou all evening, and he was super kind, helpful, and polite.
We've never met a waiter who was so courteous; he was. He deserves to be a MANAGERRRR!

I've been to this restaurant several times and have had to wait up to 45 minutes for my order. After multiple complaints, the food also arrived cold.
If I could give the service a zero, I would.

Wake up. Disarmingly slow. Sandwiches that aren't there, a waste of time...
I went specifically for the My Selection Chicken Pecorino DOP and it wasn't there. There wasn't even a tasty wrap or another chicken sandwich. Two of my favorite sandwiches weren't there. Three products missing, who knows, maybe even more... What do you say, should we remove something else?
The line was incredibly slow, 2 minutes before the code expired. So, a 20-minute line. Wake up!
