The ordering kiosks almost always work smoothly and allow you to avoid the checkout line, although during peak hours, someone may be out of service or there may be some confusion in processing orders. The staff is generally courteous and moves at a good pace, but the pace isn't always consistent: during busier times (especially lunchtime and weekend evenings), wait times can be longer than expected. Nothing dramatic, but it's worth mentioning for those who stop here expecting a quick stop. In terms of quality, we're average for McDonald's: sandwiches prepared correctly, fries often hot and crispy, and portions respectable. I've occasionally found products a little less refined, such as hastily assembled sandwiches or fries that aren't exactly fresh, but overall the experience remains consistent with the chain's standards. Tables are also kept clean, although during peak hours the staff struggles to keep up with the constant turnover of customers. The restrooms are another point worth mentioning: when the place is quiet, they're clean and tidy, but on busier days, maintenance isn't always timely. Considering that many customers arrive directly from the highway, more frequent checks would be helpful.
