We were treated with great professionalism and kindness throughout the evening: each dish was presented to us with detailed and passionate explanations, which made the experience even more engaging. The menu is carefully crafted, with surprising pairings and the highest-quality ingredients. The research and care behind each creation is clearly evident: balanced flavors, thoughtful plating, and a keen attention to seasonality. A special thanks to Enzo, the owner, for the passion and dedication with which he welcomes guests and explains his cuisine. His attentive and friendly presence truly makes the difference and contributes to the warm and family atmosphere, while maintaining the highest level of service.
