Excellent lunch during a motorcycle ride with friends. I went to Ristorante Maxin on Saturday, April 18th for lunch with a group of biker friends (there were about a dozen of us), during a scheduled stop on our tour. We had made reservations and were greeted very warmly. The location is beautiful, well-kept, and surrounded by greenery, with a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We chose two menus: appetizers with cured meats, cheeses, and cuculli, then ravioli with meat sauce or trofie with pesto, followed by Genoese-style fritto misto or Ligurian-style rabbit with potatoes, all accompanied by house wine and dessert. I personally chose menu 1 and I must say that everything was truly delicious: very flavorful ravioli and well-made fritto misto, dry and not heavy. The service was friendly, helpful, and well-organized, despite the large group. Overall, we had a wonderful time in every way. Recommended for those seeking traditional Ligurian cuisine in a beautiful location, also perfect for groups and motorcycle tours.

There were five of us and everything was excellent, from the wonderful service, the kindness and helpfulness, to the delicious food. Must try!

We had a family lunch on Sunday. We all chose the set menu, except for one of us, who had trofie with pesto: it was overcooked and the pesto was washed out. The rest of the food, however, was good. We tried telling the waitresses that the trofie weren't very edible, but they repeatedly ignored us. We're not sure why. Otherwise, we had a good time: excellent ravioli, good fried food, and good wine and dessert. The only shame about the trofie, I repeat...

I live nearby and have never had a drink or a meal there. 🥹 Now I understand what I've been missing all these years. Excellent food, exceptional fried food. The portions are just right, but they always offer second helpings if you want them. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Most importantly, the place is large and bright, the restrooms are modern, and the cleanliness is impeccable. What can I say? It's truly one of the last trattorias where the food, the service, and, not least, the prices make you want to return. Thank you.

Just yesterday, Christmas Day, I went to this wonderful restaurant with my family for the first time. I had a wonderful time, to say the least. The location was decorated for Christmas, the food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert, the service was impeccable, the staff were very friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent! I highly recommend it! I'll be back soon.
