Excellent hotel! Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms... and a first-rate breakfast 👌🏼 I highly recommend it.

Michael is the star of the show at Hotel Mauro! We received a 5* welcome and service from Michael throughout our stay, he really is the heart and soul of this hotel and made our stay an excellent one. We stayed in a standard room which was compact but perfect for a short stay, the location is convenient with the shuttle bus a short walk away and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

This is the third time I've come back here, and the cleanliness and friendly staff are always a guarantee. Great added value ❤️

Everything at this hotel was wonderful! A huge thank you to the guy at the reception, Mikael — he was very attentive and caring. We loved the room; everything was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed everything, and the location is also fantastic.

Even though I only stayed one night, I appreciated the location of the hotel, the internal parking, the cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent breakfast and above all the friendliness of Michael at the reception.

We stayed here in April 2025: The hotel is good. We were most satisfied here on our trip through Northern Italy. The room was spacious. Our huge luggage had plenty of room. The bathroom is large and very modern. There was enough storage space for everything. The service was very friendly and attentive. The weather was a bit chilly, so my friend was immediately given extra blankets. Great. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked for its small space. The coffee, made from freshly ground beans, is very good. The location is ideal between the old town and the train station. Perfect 👍

Not a big hotel in the center of Sirmione. About 1 hour walk to the Old Town. Rooms are tiny but clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. I recommend

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the beach/harbor/restaurant. It's a good 30-minute walk to Sirmione Fortress. In front of the hotel is a lovely little garden where breakfast is served or where you can simply relax. We had a family room without a balcony. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very hard. It wasn't possible to adjust the air conditioning independently; this can only be done by the reception. When we asked about this, the room temperature was supposed to be turned down – unfortunately, nothing happened. With an outside temperature of almost 40°C, 28°/29°C inside isn't particularly restful. Breakfast is served buffet-style, and there's something for every taste. Bread, rolls, muesli, yogurt, cold cuts, scrambled eggs with bacon, antipasti, cakes, pancakes, croissants, and fresh fruit. The staff was always very attentive, constantly replenishing supplies, and clearing the tables quickly. The only criticism: All the products that are usually kept in the refrigerator should also be kept cool at the buffet. There is a coffee machine in the reception area that can be used at any time. Parking is next to and behind the hotel. There are no assigned spaces; it's first come, first served. If it's full, you have to look outside in the side streets. We've always had luck. Pets are welcome. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it, even if you're just passing through.

Lovely Hotel, centrally located, close to bus stop, shop, restaurants and the breakfast is a great selection of fresh food. Will stay here again
