I contacted Matteotti Cafè to arrange a delivery for some vegetarian guests staying at my vacation home... beyond the super fresh and delicious products (but they'd already told me about them), I found courtesy, professionalism, politeness... and punctuality! Plus, the delivery guy, Alessandro, was very polite!!!! Top service! Congratulations 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We just left the restaurant...and we'll be back tomorrow! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the vegan and non-vegan food was DIVINE!!!! My son, who's allergic to milk and eggs, left HAPPY, and so were we!! Highly recommended!!!

A small cafe with tables and chairs to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, and also to take away. A wide and inclusive selection: sfincionelli, arancini, and all the traditional Palermo "pezzi," also available in vegan versions (lactose-free and without animal products – traditionally, "pezzi" contain sandoux). And lots and lots of cakes for every taste! (The vegan cannolo is out of this world, you'll see!) I hope I've convinced you! Go check it out; the service is super friendly too! <3

A small café with huge cakes (and I'm not even talking about the size), incredibly delicious desserts of all kinds, and exceptionally friendly and courteous service. A wonderful discovery!

Fantastic guys, warm and welcoming! Great service. Excellent food. We had two breakfasts and one lunch here. 90% vegan, so there's really everything. Low prices and a lot of satisfaction. Clean, beautiful place. Wow. It makes me want to go back to Palermo just for the maritozzi with cream!!!

04/03/2026: Patience, kindness, courtesy... a delightful place in Palermo, where you can have breakfast with good coffee, superb cakes and pastries, and a wonderful deli. I loved it from the first day I had the chance to sit outside at the tables and enjoy their delicacies. For lunch, they have wonderful first courses and sandwiches... impossible to resist!
03/03/2026: I've been going to this bar since I was very young and, honestly, I love it. The arancini are incredible; I don't think I could ever live without them. I've even introduced the place to friends and family, and everyone has been amazed by the quality of the food compared to the price. Besides the arancini and the pieces, the desserts are excellent and the staff is helpful. It's now become a go-to place during my study breaks; I highly recommend it.

Unparalleled local products, wines, oils, and manna, along with the presence and words of Giulio Gelardi, warmed the hearts and souls of all of us.
