15/09/2024: I read negative reviews and wonder what planet people are from or what psychiatric parallel. The people at the delizie work, first point. They are people, workers who wake up at 4 or 5 to prepare the "delights" that people then consume at the counter or to take away. In 90 percent of cases, people are rude, intolerant, and the way or reasons why they leave negative reviews is absolutely incomprehensible. Every commercial activity is made up of people who have their own life, it may happen that one day they are more nervous than others, as happens to "common" people. They don't owe anything to anyone, they are WORKERS who put in the time, effort and energy to work like anyone else. I am embarrassed by certain comments and sorry for the little condescension I feel towards people who need to say negative things towards those who know how to do their job but who perhaps one morning were darker than other mornings. You should be ashamed. I leave 5 stars, always and anyway. The products are excellent and the people are people, nice or not, everyone has their own life, if you don't like it, go elsewhere and complain. Imbeciles. I thank the "delights of macerata" for the commitment, the service, the staff and I hope that the negative reviews slide off like water, you are great professionals and as far as I'm concerned the best bar in the area.
