We stumbled upon it by chance, crossing the border from Villa Borghese. Quiet place in terms of furnishings, but which highly compensates with service, courtesy and quality. Four beautiful plates of tagliatelle (which would have been enough on their own!) plus supplì and artichokes for an appetizer as well as a succulent second course (with a generous side of vegetables to accompany it!) for a total of about 80 euros. I recommend it!

We definitely enjoyed our food! I had the Cacio y Pepe and husband had a pizza. It was amazing! Pasta is homemade and was just FRESH!!! Wine was good! Our server was very friendly and kind! We really enjoyed this dinner!

A dear friend took us to eat at this place after a show. He recommends fettuccine and we accept. We were actually satisfied right from the starter because it was plentiful and attention was paid to the smallest details. The fettuccine was phenomenal as they used to make it, beautiful rough and beautiful ignorant as real Romans like it. To then move on to the second courses which also arrived hot and hot and made with incredible skill. Not to mention the service which was fast, precise and smiling. A highly recommended place and we will happily return. Thanks for everything. A dinner to remember.

Despite the time, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism at the Mattarello ai Parioli restaurant. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and informal, perfect for an evening with friends or family. We tasted two typical dishes of Roman cuisine: fettuccine alla matriciana and fettuccine al Mattarello. Both dishes were exquisite, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The homemade fettuccine was al dente and the toppings were full of flavour. The quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes.

Sí, claro, también tienen una buena hamburguesa (¡sí! ) , y extra luego pizzas (estilo romano) .
Pero este es un lugar para la pasta: puedes probar lo buena que es por sí misma, y disfrutarla con cualquier salsa tradicional.
La habitación interior es un gran ruido, si el clima tgd permite sentarse fuera
