Matricianella is a true gem for authentic Italian 🇮🇹🍝🍷 dining. The pasta dinner was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cozy, traditional atmosphere made the experience even more special. A must-visit if you’re looking for a genuine Roman meal.

Matricianella is undoubtedly the best place to enjoy authentic Roman cuisine. The staff is friendly, helpful, and immediately makes you feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail, with authentic flavors that reflect tradition. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. In my opinion, it's the best restaurant in Rome.

The amatriciana was very good, but the carbonara wasn't my favorite in Rome. They serve it according to the availability of food, so there was no artichoke. The service was friendly and informal, and the prices were a bit high compared to other similar places I've been to in Rome.

We had a wonderful meal; the food was delicious and well-prepared.
What made the experience even more enjoyable was the service: the staff was super helpful, attentive, and friendly.
A special mention goes to the waiter Hamza who served us: friendly, cheerful, captivating, and truly skilled at recommending typical dishes.

Un restaurant très sympa, très bien cuisiné. On y mange des spécialités tel que les beignets de fleurs de courgettes qui sont vraiment un délice. Service excellent. Il faut réserver sinon c’est complet. Tarifs un peu élevés mais ça vaut le coup. Personnel très gentil.
