Delicious food at a fair price. Had pasta and melanzane. Salad was disappointing as the tomatoes were a bit tasteless and black sliced olives, boring. Beware of the 3€ cover charge per person though.

Premessa: Matri Mia è stato l'unico ristorante di Favignana nel quale, durante la nostra breve vacanza, siamo andati 2 volte. Ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che ci siamo voluti tornare. Piatti ottimi, preparati e serviti con cura. Servizio veloce e personale cortese. Molto consigliato!

We got a table without a reservation quite easily on a Sunday evening. We had two different pasta dishes. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff could have been a little friendlier.

Grilled octopus appetizer and Trapani-style busiate. Everything was excellent and plentiful! Well done! The place is simple but clean. Very kind waiters. Fair price.

First class food. We have rarely eaten such good pasta in Sicily. The dishes were special, interesting and with attention to the smallest details. Excellent tuna. The prices were adequate. A real surprise!

Doppiozero Pastry Concept

12/03/2025: The cakes and various sweets are good, the pastry chefs are talented and very attentive to customer needs. Unfortunately, the counter staff does not have the concept of "customer service" in mind, and often the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not very empathetic, without respecting the queue they serve acquaintances first, they arrange the desserts on the counter telling you to wait. The last time I went because after 5 minutes of waiting and the total absence of customers, the counter kept placing the pastries on the counter (obviously he saw me). Then a friend/acquaintance of his arrived and immediately made him coffee. I had to order a birthday cake for my daughter because Doppiozero's cakes are really beautiful and good, but I will order it elsewhere. Sin

20/03/2025: Nice bar at the fish market in Trapani town
16/02/2025: We went for the aperitif and it was really one of the best places to have a drink facing the sea and enjoy the sun. It has a wonderful large local craft beer for ten euros. The spritz, five. The breakfast buffet, for seven. All highly recommended.
