A quaint restaurant with a very friendly waitress and owner. You can enjoy expertly prepared traditional local dishes. If you're in the area, don't miss it. The rooms are quaint and spread across multiple floors. Kudos to you for the attention to detail. Keep up the good work.

We were very impressed by our dinner here. The location is very cosy and nice and ensures good privacy while keeping noise levels down. Service was straight from the heart, and the food was local but really well done. The spinach Spätzle were so fresh and fluffy and had so much spinach in them, with a most generous helping of walnuts. The dumplings likewise were really rich in veggies, and the Kaiserschmarrn was a great dessert - we liked how it was caramelised and moist.

We were there two weeks ago. A very kind young lady explained everything to us in detail, then the owner even sent us a little gift for my dad, since it was his birthday! We were happy to return and will return again. The food was delicious, the shank and ribs were top notch! Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, cabin-style yet elegant and intimate. The menu is varied, and the dishes we chose were delicious and carefully prepared. We'll definitely be back.

Era la nostra prima volta al Mathias Keller e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Sono venuta con il mio compagno e abbiamo pranzato all’aperto, godendoci una giornata splendida in un’atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Il cibo è stato davvero ottimo: piatti belli da vedere, abbondanti e ricchi di gusto. Si sente la cura e la qualità in ogni portata, tutto preparato con attenzione e generosità. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, anche se alcune cameriere ci sono sembrate un po’ disordinate nel servizio. Nulla però che abbia rovinato l’ottima impressione generale. Un ristorante dove si sta bene, si mangia meglio e dove sicuramente torneremo!

Cibo ottimo, ingredienti freschi e piatti curati nei dettagli. Personale gentile e attento, atmosfera accogliente che ti fa sentire a casa. Da provare assolutamente la polenta , semplicemente delizioso! Tornerò sicuramente.

A little gem in Colfosco, discovered by chance while we had our holiday apartment nearby. We tried the sausage, polenta and mushroom dish; everything was good, but the polenta was fabulous. Impeccable service from a very professional, kind and polite blond guy, who recommended an excellent wine to pair. Satisfied, we'll be back!

Picture-perfect views, well-crafted dishes, and service that needs to be… perfected The Matthias Keller restaurant immediately strikes you with its wonderful panoramic terrace: one of those places where the view is half the experience. Add to that well-balanced, tasty dishes made with quality ingredients, and the result is truly impressive. One sore point: the service. Nothing tragic, but certain details make a difference—like the table setting, which deserves a little more attention (placemats and glasses, yes, but arranged neatly, not thrown there like in a middle school cafeteria). The waitress on duty seemed a bit improvised, less confident and present than the blond guy with tattoos and piercings: he, yes, is precise, punctual, and attentive, the kind of presence that naturally elevates the service level. The price is average, so absolutely recommended for those looking for a place to eat well with a spectacular view. Perhaps with a little more flair in terms of hospitality, this place could really shine.
