MATAS54 In Ancona

It's nice to eat outside in the square but charging €11 is an average amount, even considering quality ingredients and location, it seems excessive to me.

This pizzeria is located in the center and the place is aesthetically beautiful. I didn't like the pizza very much because the dough was a little too thin. Another flaw: the phone has absolutely no reception so you have to use the Wi-Fi provided. Prices normal.

Siamo andati a cena con un gruppo di 8 amici. Abbiamo preso: 8 pizze (purtroppo ci sono arrivate molto sfasate nei tempi; ho iniziato a mangiare la mia quando 2 avevano finito la loro). La pizza è comunque molto buona; 8 birre medie; 2 bottiglie d'acqua; 8 gelati di Brunelli (sufficiente: non è che il famosissimo gelato Brunelli si sta purtroppo industrializzando? Speriamo di no); 2 caffè. Conto 27,25 cad.uno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo a mio parere un pò troppo sbilanciato nel prezzo (del resto le pizze erano tutte semplici: Napoli -parmigiana- salsiccia e friarelli - capricciosa - margherita...).

Without a doubt one of the best pizzas in the city, but what makes the difference is the kindness of the service and the care they take in managing the beautiful place they have. Believe me, especially in Ancona, it is quite rare. We hope it sets an example for other restaurateurs.

The flavors remain good but, unfortunately, they have now also converted to a crunchier and drier dough which I don't prefer. Impeccable service

The best calzone my sister has ever tried (and she has tried many because every time we go to eat pizza wherever she is she orders a calzone). The attention of the waiters is very pleasant and the place both inside and outside are cool.

Fantastic Neapolitan pizza, first class service and the outdoor ambience is wonderful.

Good pizza, courteous and friendly waiters and a nice place to eat under a majestic building as old as the neighborhood in the old part of Ancona.. Advised!!
