Excellent quality of meat and very friendly service, from starters until dessert you have a lot of delicious options. One of best resteraunts in Genoa to eat good quality meat in cozy and intimate environment

We had dinner, 2 adults and 2 kids. The menu offered for everyone something. The adults had the ravioli and the angus beef with one side dish. All was very well and tasty. The meat, tender and juicy, was the best. Finished the meal with desserts and espresso. Highly recommending.

Highly recommended restaurant for those who want to eat excellent meat cooked to perfection. Lots of variety: excellent appetizers with crostini of all kinds, diaphragms, super mixed fried meats, not to mention the Florentine steaks!!!

Everything was really good, excellent food with dishes from different regions of Italy. You can feel the owner's passion! The price was really fair considering the whole setting.

Excellent grill restaurant!! Impeccable service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!! The dishes are good, but not exceptional. Too expensive for the quality (that's why it only gives them 3 stars). Exceptional desserts!! The cuts of meat are good, but not very varied. First courses are so-so. The photo shows appetizers of mixed crostini (liver, lard, and raw sausage), capon magro with 3 meats, and Vino Santo semifreddo.

I often come to eat here because of the meat 💯... kind and smiling staff... good value for money always depending on what you choose...

I went to dinner at Matamà even though I'm not a meat lover, but I left very satisfied. They don't have any stars here, but you'll finish what they put on your plate with great satisfaction. Delicious and refined food, impeccable, fast, and efficient service, the place is a jewel of a place, meticulously maintained and very clean. It was a pleasure testing you, and we'll be back soon to try other dishes. I almost forgot, all the meat dishes I tried were perfect and made me realize that I love meat, as long as it's cooked properly, and at Matamà they know this well. See you soon, Brigata Matamà.

We returned after a few years to celebrate a birthday, and the quality is still the same, if not even a step up. It can be considered a meat restaurant, and you can even find game. The cooking, the sauces, and what can I say about the crostini!!! I'm still salivating ❤️ We each tried a different dish to share, and it was all delicious. The wine selection was also excellent, thanks to the sommelier's recommendation. The staff was very qualified and courteous, and many compliments to the chef. The premises are clean, and even the bathroom is spacious and clean, accessible to disabled guests. Dogs are welcome 🥰 We'll be back again. Highly recommended 👍👍👏
