Restaurant for those who want to spend a nice evening. Exceptional meat, and everything else delicious. Nice place and very kind staff. We had a really good time and will definitely be back

If you like meat you absolutely must go and eat at Matamà, excellent quality, kind and friendly staff, welcoming and characteristic environment and then there is Maurizio, the very nice, kind and competent owner..... number one.

What can I say, impeccable service pampered by the owner and the smiling waiters, punctual, expert and capable, excellent choice of meats and special dishes, not to be missed, the lean meat cappon and chicken, well-chosen wines in accompanying the dishes, superior value for money

The Matama restaurant impresses across the board with an amazing selection of steaks, masterfully prepared. Each steak is cooked to perfection and of excellent quality. Particularly impressive is the attention paid to fresh, local products, processed with so much care and love. The pasta and sausage are real highlights – perfectly balanced and delicious in taste. Those who appreciate top quality ingredients and authentic preparation will surely find what they are looking for at Matama. Absolutely recommended!

10/01/2025: Rose is my favourite flavour, scent, anything. And gelato is my lifeblood. So you know I lit up when I found this place on our visit to Genova. The lady inside was SO kind and offered us all types of testers. It was Halloween so she had some exciting seasonal flavours, but I went for a classic Crema and the very exciting Rose flavour. The Crema was perfect, an ideal milky creamy taste. And the Rose is great for those who are perhaps less inclined to try such a fantastic flavour. Perhaps I would’ve wished for it have a slightly stronger aroma because I’m mad about roses but this gelato was still gorgeous! I recommend it wholeheartedly!!!!! Much love ❤️
