We went for a company dinner on the evening of January 5th, which was expected to be a bit noisy given the day before a holiday. The restaurant was well-organized and quaint. We'd been there before and always enjoyed the food and service. However, for this unique occasion, the waitress was lacking. The way she treated us, who were in the mezzanine area, made it seem like she didn't want to interact with anyone or serve them. Her manner was unfriendly and, unfortunately, even rude in her responses. It's a shame because, as always, the restaurant offers excellent food.

Welcoming place, especially in the summer outdoors. In the winter there are two reservation sessions. The pizza is delicious and the food is quite good.

A rustic, welcoming, and bustling place, despite the noticeable noise.
Tasty and varied dishes, plus a remarkable pizzeria with plenty of options.
Helpful staff and quick service.
Fun fact: It's often the case that you organize a last-minute business lunch and it's a shame to disappoint the staff by not having had time to book—the office being just a few minutes' drive away.
Recommended, but booking will get you a few more smiles—which helps everyone and never hurts :-)

Always a safe haven for excellent gluten-free pizza. The space is spacious and divided into several areas. Suitable for a dinner for two or for large groups. Friendly and helpful staff.

I went there one evening with friends. It was my first time, but I'll definitely be back. It was a discovery for me. The pizza was delicious (obviously not Neapolitan pizza), but it was one of the best I've had in Florence. The ingredients were excellent, the service impeccable, friendly, and attentive.
The only flaw is the very small entrance to the restaurant. You either know it or you don't, but it definitely deserves 5 stars.
