Fine restaurant from service to food. The appetizers are all worth trying. There you can see the creativity and ideas of the chef, always courteous even when dealing with the most demanding customers. Over all I preferred the 63 degree egg, accompanied by excellent warm cereal bread. The place is worth the experience although the prices tend to be high but justified by excellent raw materials.

It is the second time I have come to visit you, and this time too I was satisfied with the food and above all the service. Unfortunately, the place is located in a really bad place in my opinion, but this is certainly not what gives a place its identity. The identity is given to it by the kitchen and the employees, and for this reason I can say that Massimo Carleo Restourant has a truly strong identity. The food is really well looked after and studied, of quality. Very good. The surrounding areas are not very accessible to everyone, but the value for money is there. I recommend it if you want to try something that isn't just eating, but a real experience. We will definitely visit me again in the future. PS. The other time I came for New Year's Eve and that day you outdid yourselves, especially with the eel. Compliments.

It is the third time I have come to this magical place and each time I have eaten different but above all unique things. I love this place precisely for this, but also for the professionalism and kindness of its staff. Each dish is a real journey of emotions and taste. The plating looks like a true work of art. What about Carleo? A confirmation. Tasting menu with satisfactory portions, research and attention to raw materials, balance of flavours, beauty of the dishes. The combinations with wine are accurate and delicate. Courteous service and very polite staff, accustomed to handling even slightly "edgy" customers with courtesy and professionalism. A lunch that was an experience in taste. Worth trying for those who haven't been there yet.

Il ristorante offre un ambiente curato ed elegante, con la possibilità di cenare in un incantevole giardino che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Durante la mia visita, ho avuto il piacere di assaporare piatti squisiti come il risotto allo zafferano con stracciatella e gambero rosso, e gli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga arricchiti da prezzemolo cristallizzato. La cucina, orientata alla degustazione e gourmet, è stata impeccabile. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con personale qualificato, gentile ed educato. Consigliatissimo!

The restaurant offers a refined and elegant environment, with the possibility of dining in an enchanting garden which contributes to creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. During my visit, I had the pleasure of tasting exquisite dishes such as saffron risotto with stracciatella and red prawns, and spaghetti with clams and bottarga enriched with crystallized parsley. The cuisine, tasting-oriented and gourmet, was impeccable. The service was excellent, with qualified, kind and polite staff. Highly recommended!
