Masseria Torricella Restaurant In Castellana grotte

An excellent agriturismo, our stay in the Itria Valley was memorable, thanks in part to this farm. The hotel is very well located, almost equidistant from all the beautiful villages in the valley. The establishment is clean. The quadruple room is very spacious and well-appointed, with an impeccable bathroom. The pool is unique. The depth is gradual, like a beach. A snack bar is also available. The restaurant offers excellent dishes. A different menu is offered each evening. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, consisting mainly of produce and fruit from the farm (the ricotta is divine). There is the opportunity to see some of the farm animals, and fitness trails are available in the natural park adjacent to the hotel; it's truly rejuvenating. The entire staff is attentive, helpful, and attentive, always with a smile. By the way, a big thank you to Loredana and Noémie for their kindness, their impeccable service and their availability.

A truly beautiful agriturismo with excellent service. The rural views and tranquility of the grounds are wonderful. The beds are a bit too firm for my personal taste, but that's the case in many places in Italy.

I stayed with my partner and my 6-year-old son at this beautiful masseria for 6 days (found by chance online). A wonderful surprise, both for the masseria itself, which is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, the pool ideal for both adults and children, and above all, the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff, including the owners, of course. The food and wine were excellent (it's a shame we couldn't find the orange and quince jams for sale... they were delicious). The location was ideal for those like us who wanted to visit a new place every morning (Alberobello, the Safari Park, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli) and spend the afternoon at the pool. I stayed with my boyfriend at this beautiful masseria. They welcomed us really warmly upon our arrival, making it clear that all the products are their own, including the wines. We were satisfied with every course, and the value for money was excellent. We purchased their honey and wine. I recommend the Primitivo. We'll definitely be back 🥰

I have just had the best 60th birthday present from my daughters- a trip to this vineyard is a must! Giuseppe is a great guide & understands all the produce brilliantly. It has been the best of days. Please visit - you will not regret it. All the best Michelle xx

We had the pleasure of staying for five nights at Masseria Torricella. They were wonderful days in a place we didn't want to leave. Every single person who works there is SPECIAL, from the owners, who are present from the first ray of sunshine until dinner, to each of the staff. The food and service are special, natural, and welcoming. Meals are made with local products, respecting the culture and traditions. Cheeses, wines, cold cuts, the fruits we see in the orchard and then available for breakfast... The rooms are very clean, renovated, and cozy. It was very hot, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE (and I was worried about reviews mentioning bad mattresses). The mattresses, pillows, bed linens, and towels were EXCELLENT. The pool is beautiful and very refreshing. The wines are special, unique. The oil from these ancient native olive trees is unavailable anywhere else in the world. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for providing us with unforgettable days.

We came here for my husbands 60th birthday. We booked the 1pm tour with some friends, we were lucky enough to be the only ones on the tour. Guiseppi showed us around the vineyard, and took us to where the wine is made. He was very knowledgable and informative. We then had a 4 course wine and food tasting sensation. The food and wine are all produced on site. Everything was extremely tasty, the waiter service and knowledge was exceptional. It was such a fantastic day.

Siamo stati qui una domenica a pranzo, a pochissimi km da Alberobello . Il posto spettacolare pieno di animali quindi ideale per i bambini. Ma il cibo è stato superlativo, tutto buonissimo, l'antipasto non finiva mai, abbiamo mangiato tantissimo e pagato pochissimo. Menù fisso sia adulti che bambini. Spero di tornare presto

Incuriosito dal vino che avevo assaggiato ci siamo recati per un pranzo domenicale in questa masseria che ci ha offerto un paesaggio all’insegna della primavera con antipasti della casa, assortiti e gustosi non potendo mancare prodotti caseari e salumi locali accompagnati da un ottimo vino primitivo della casa. Primi all’insegna della stagione con risotto agli asparagi selvatici e tagliatelle ( fatte a mano) con sugo di cinghiale. Arrostito di carne assortita ed insalate e crudite’, macedonia di frutta fresca per completare l’ottimo pranzo accompagnato da rosoli di propria produzione. Personale gentile e professionale hanno assistito i commensali. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima la cantina dei vini e la possibilità di assaggiare i vini proposti. Da ritornare !
